SHIPPING POLICIES
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, Federal Express or comparable carrier. Processing time of your order can vary from 1-5 days depending upon product availability. Orders shipped by ground service average 4-10 business days from date of order to reach its destination.

For “Priority Shipping” additional charges apply. Please request priority shipping upon checkout. I will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.
When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.
Currently, I only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. Orders destined for Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska will ship via Two-Day Service at an additional charge. I will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.
UPS and Federal Express will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please indicate a complete street address for all orders.
For everyone’s protection, I only ship to the “Billing Address” on file with your credit card company.

RETURN POLICIES
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If within seven (7) days after receipt of your merchandise, you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange (see instructions below), however you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If merchandise is delivered with damages or defects, original shipping and handling will be refunded. I make every effort to ensure all orders are accurate and intact. If you have any questions about guarantees, please contact me. I will be happy to answer them for you.

Advance authorization must be obtained to return merchandise. In requesting return authorization please contact me and provide us with your name, invoice number, product name to return and date of invoice to insure proper handling. All returned merchandise must be in original cartons, free of all marking. I assume no obligation to accept merchandise after 15 days from date if invoice.
